Trouble with truffles due to stola-monster galore
Links: AFFF / imdb
Go Canada! This gritty black-and-white film derails wonderfully from its very first minute. Truffles are suddenly found by the dozen - big positive side of global warming you see - and humanoid robots controlled by teethy aliens in the shape of stolas try to take everything over. Still with me?
Wonderful settings, great music, and stola-animatronics who by their eighties-feeling add to the overal quirkyness. Again, thank God, not a film which tries to hold up a mirror; merely one which presents you with likable main characters and a crazy story.
