Based on my feelings, I didn't much enjoy this movie, the violence is not for the faint hearted. Apart from feelings it was a good horror movie. Good quality, emphasized speech, with dramatic music at the right moments. It was even fun on those moments. Portuguese is good language for that.
The movie is about an Evil Person. 40 years ago he was looking for a perfect wife to create a perfect son, killing a lot of women in the process. The Evil Person is jailed and 40 years later, in the present, he is released. That's where the movie starts. And guess what, he is still looking for the perfect woman to give him a prefect son.
